Essential Oil Recipes

Wondering what to do with your oils? Or maybe you are still deciding to jump into the world of essential oils. We've included some of our favorite ways to use oils and some of their benefits here.

Daily Essential Oils Routine

A typical day using essential oils could be waking up in the morning and starting the diffuser with Joy and Peppermint for a happy bright start to the day. (add 2-3 drops of each)

Rub valor or thieves on the kids' temples, neck and/or bracelet before they head off to school. (Thieves works great for fighting germs and valor is like a boost of confidence and a brighter mood.)

Once they come home for the afternoon and its homework time, I might add a focus blend such as 3 drops of each Lavender, Vetiver and Cedarwood in the diffuser.

While they are getting ready for bed, spray a lavender mist to their bed or bedroom. (Add several drops to water in a spray bottle.)

Set the diffuser to go through the night with a sleep blend. I love that the diffuser goes until the water is gone. Our favorite right now is Magnify your Purpose (which has Sandalwood in it) and Joy. Other options could be Lavender and Joy, Lavender and Lemon or Peace and Calming.

Before you know it essential oils has moved into your home and you'll be thankful for the changes you see in your daily life.
